Is SaaS the Killer App for the CAD Industry?
Brian Seitz is an unprepossessing guy who happens to be brilliant. He "gets" strategy, systems, and all the human factors that touch them, and has proven his chops in big-time projects. Among other things, he reengineered both IBM and Samsung's marketing processes, and reengineered Microsoft's IT structure. (Along the way, he developed Rapid Economic Justification, and Enterprise Architecture Planning -- methodologies that many people proudly put on their resumes.) Brian is not the guy out there on the speaking circuit, selling books. He's the guy in the background, figuring out how to actually solve problems.
